As our wallpaper products are printed to order, slight variations in colour, texture, scale, finish, and print alignment may occur between batches, digital previews, samples, and final production runs. Screen displays and lighting conditions may also affect colour perception.

We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee exact colour accuracy across all devices.

We reserve the right to:

  • modify or discontinue products at any time
  • limit quantities purchased
  • refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
  • correct pricing, product description, or typographical errors without prior notice

 

4. ORDERS & PAYMENT

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or combined with another order.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details, measurements, quantities, billing information, and delivery details are accurate prior to checkout.

Comm de Nom reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where:

  • payment cannot be authorised
  • fraudulent activity is suspected
  • incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed
  • supply or delivery becomes unavailable

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

 

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery timeframes provided by Comm de Nom are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • courier disruptions
  • customs processing
  • supply shortages
  • weather events
  • industrial action
  • force majeure events
  • circumstances outside our reasonable control

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon dispatch from our production facility.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS & INSTALLATION

All returns, exchanges, refunds, and product claims are governed by our Refund Policy.

Customers must inspect all wallpaper carefully prior to installation.

No claims for defects, transit damage, or printing faults will be accepted once wallpaper has been cut, installed, or applied.

Comm de Nom is not responsible for:

  • installation errors
  • labour or installer costs
  • wall preparation issues
  • adhesive selection
  • environmental conditions
  • indirect or consequential losses arising from installation or use of the product

Professional installation by an experienced wallpaper installer is strongly recommended.

 

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, including artwork, wallpaper designs, graphics, branding, photography, text, logos, and visual assets, are the intellectual property of Comm de Nom unless otherwise stated.

No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or commercially exploited without prior written consent from Comm de Nom.
