Shipping & Delivery

All wallpaper orders are printed and shipped from the United Kingdom, with complimentary worldwide shipping included on all orders. Each piece is produced to order with care, precision, and patience.

Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production and dispatch, with delivery timeframes varying depending on your destination country, local courier schedules, customs processing, and metro or rural zoning. During sale periods and promotional events, extended processing and delivery timeframes may apply.

All orders include full tracking information, accessible throughout transit. Customers may also receive SMS delivery updates by including a mobile phone number during checkout.

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If no one is available at the delivery address to accept the parcel, the shipment may be redirected to the nearest post office or courier depot for collection. We recommend using a business address or a residential address where someone is likely to be present during business hours.

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Comm de Nom cannot accept responsibility for delayed, failed, or lost deliveries resulting from incorrect address information supplied by the customer. Due to courier delivery requirements, we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.

Customers may elect to provide “Authority to Leave” instructions for delivery without signature. Once delivered under these instructions, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the recipient.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import processing requirements imposed by the destination country. These charges, regulations, and processing timeframes vary between jurisdictions and remain outside the control of Comm de Nom. Where applicable, import duties are covered by Comm de Nom unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We aim to process and deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes provided; however, all delivery dates are estimates only. Product availability, customs clearance, courier disruptions, and other external factors may occasionally result in delays beyond our control. Average delivery timeframes typically range between 7–21 days. If your order has not arrived within 21 days of dispatch, please contact us so we can assist further.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer once the order leaves our premises for delivery. However, ownership of all products remains with Comm de Nom until payment has been received in full.
