SHIPPING

We appreciate that time is valuable and work to fulfil your order as quickly as possible. 

Excluding samples, all Wallpaper is shipped free of charge to any Australian, NZ and US address.

Excluding samples, all Vinyl is shipped free of charge to any Australian and NZ address.

A4 samples are sent via Australia Post in an A4 envelope and do not include tracking.

1m samples (Wallpaper Only) are sent via Australia Post and include tracking.

Please allow for extended processing, shipping and delivery times during sale and other promotional periods.
All orders receive full and accessible tracking information. Please ensure you include your phone number when prompted during the checkout process if you wish to receive update notifications via SMS.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS:

Standard Delivery is free on all orders delivered within Australia. For the below delivery schedules to apply, orders must be placed before 12pm on that day to allow for processing times.

Standard Shipping within Australia: 1-5 business days*

All orders require a signature upon delivery. If someone is not on the premises to sign and receive your order, it will be taken to the nearest post office or courier depot for collection.

*Delivery times are based on Metro areas, please allow an additional 1-2 days for regional deliveries.

**Please be aware that Dispatch and Shipping times can be longer over seasonally busy periods, such as Christmas, and delivery times can not be guaranteed.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Comm de Nom provides free shipping (Wallpaper) to the USA and NZ.
Comm de Nom provides free shipping (Vinyl) to NZ.
For a shipping estimate for countries outside Australia, New Zealand and the USA, please enter your details to our contact page and a quote will be emailed to you. On acceptance of this quote by return email, your order will be created and an invoice including order total and payment option details sent to you.
Once confirmation of payment has been received by Comm de Nom (An email including a screen shot of bank transfer is sufficient), your order will be shipped.

All international orders are processed within 3-5 days and are sent using FedEx international courier service. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

Our FedEx courier network may not service certain isolated countries or regions. Under these conditions, your parcel will be dispatched using Australia Registered International Post.

DUTIES AND TAXES

All international orders are subject to the duties and taxes of the country to which they are shipped. These fees are not included in the price of the product(s) and are the sole responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery. Comm de Nom takes no responsibility, nor has any control over, the rates and processing timeframes of Customs in each country.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

If you change your mind and refuse to accept the delivery of an order from Comm de Nom (excepting instances where product(s) arrive damaged, or the incorrect product(s) have been received), the customer is solely responsible for all original shipping charges, duties, taxes and/or customs charges incurred, and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be deducted from your purchase ahead of processing a refund.

Any claims pertaining to short shipping or incorrect/damaged products must be lodged with Comm de Nom customer service within 7 days of receiving the goods. We are unable to accept or process any claims lodged after this duration.

TITLE & RISK

We remain the owner of the items we supply to you until you have paid in full all amounts that you owe us. The items are at your risk as soon as they leave our premises for delivery to you.

WALLPAPER AND VINYL
We strive to process all orders and deliver goods within the times given. Products are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods are sometimes out of our control. Allow for an average delivery time of between 7-21 days.  If you have not received you order within 21 days, please contact us. Delivery times stated by us are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivery of goods. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if an order does not arrive.

We recommend delivering to a business address or a residential address where you know that someone will be home to accept the delivery as you will need to sign for and receive the delivery. Be sure to check all address details as it is your obligation to enter correctly.  We are not responsible for any delayed, failed or lost deliveries because of a keying error. All product orders are delivered to your door by private courier service and so we are unable to accept a PO BOX address. There is the option of “An authority to leave without signature” upon delivery.
